Coveralls, or boiler suits as they are sometimes referred to, are one piece full length jumpsuits that are not tight fitting.  The coveralls sometime have pockets to allow one to carry smaller tools to be able to complete the jobs you need to do.  Coveralls generally fasten in the front with either snaps, Velcro, buttons or zippers.  Coveralls are sometimes available with a hood if that is required by the worker.  Coveralls are good because they protect the worker from materials getting into the spaces between the shirt and pants since they are one continuous full piece.  Since some workers need to climb into spaces that are hard to manoeuvre in or have smaller openings they prefer to use coveralls since they will not encounter the problem of the waistband getting caught or snagged.  Coveralls come in a wide variety of materials to help protect you from the elements and hazardous materials.
